This is one of those things that you can keep in the fridge for a week before your party – it’s GREAT for the holiday time! Fairly simple, and yet often impressive with it’s flavor, you can score a big hit with this gem.
Cheddar Horseradish Cheeseball
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 TBSP finely chopped onion
- 1 TBSP prepared horseradish
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in your mixing bowl and let it rip on low until it is all evenly combined. Pop into a container and chill for at least 4 hours in your fridge. That’s it!
Grab your favorite bottle of wine, some crackers and have a few friends in — then rip into it like a monkey on a cupcake!
