This one is SUPER easy, and super yummy!
You can take the basic idea of the ring and use any other kind of filling that you want — like creamy chicken broccoli, pizza type toppings, cheeseburger, etc.
This is a pretty basic one so Miss Sarah will eat it…normally I add diced celery and onions to it before adding the cheddar cheese and folding it all up.
Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ring
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1 large chicken breast
- 1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
Cook the chicken breast in the Franks Hot Sauce.
Shred the meat when it’s cooked and add to the cream cheese.
Lay your crescent roll dough out on your baking pan. First you put down North, South, East and West. THEN you add the other four.
Spread the Chicken Mix over the ring of dough.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese over top.
Now, fold over North, South, East and West…
Now fold over the other four pieces.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes…until golden.
Slice and serve with Blue Cheese dressing…or, in Miss Sarah’s case, ketchup.
