You will need:
1 chicken breast (I like to cut mine in half, ending up with two thin pieces.)
1 slice of provolone cheese
2 slices of tomato
basil pesto sauce
Open your ciabatta roll, and slather basil pesto sauce on the bottom part of the roll. Stack your slices of tomato on top, followed by the chicken breast. Top with the piece of cheese and top half of the roll. Place on a panini press for about 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted into ooey gooey goodness.
Remove from panini press, cut in half and enjoy!
