I already shared a dessert crepe recipe with you this month…this is a simple variation on it.
Chocolate Banana Crepes
- 1 Cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Hershey’s Syrup
- 1 sliced Banana
Whisk together the first 4 ingredients.
Pre-heat your pan, pour a small amount of batter into your pan and swirl around quickly.
When the edges start to curl, flip it over to finish.
That recipe should make 12 crepes.
Now, spread some sliced bananas inside it. These were dipped in White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter first.
Roll them up, drizzle chocolate over them and dust with powdered sugar. I added just one more banana.
Now, rip into it like a monkey on a cupcake!
