Chocolate Glazed Stuffed Strawberries

I swear, chocolate month has to be my absolute favorite theme of our Blogger Recipe Challenge Group this year. OK, maybe second, but only to bacon!

Again, I pulled some gems out of my package from Wilton like the Candy Dipping Tools and the Chocolate Glaze…these helped me to make the fun, impressive, 4 ingredient treat.

Chocolate Glazed Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries
  • 1 container Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Wilton Chocolate Glaze

Wash the strawberries and remove the tops from them, cutting out the center too. Mix together the whipped cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fill the center of the berries with the cream cheese mixture.

Now, warm up that dipping glaze…

Now, using that Wilton candy dipping tool — dip your stuffed berries into that glaze.

Set them on your silicone mat or waxed paper to set up…then package them for sharing. (Before you rip into them like a monkey on a cupcake!)

Yield: 8 - 10 servings

Ingredients

  • Strawberries, approximately 1 lb
  • 1 container Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Wilton Chocolate Glaze

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the tops from them, cutting out the center too.
