I was tickled to get a package from Peanut Butter & Co for this month! They didn’t just send me peanut butter, they sent me White Chocolate Wonderful and Dark Chocolate Dreams – both perfect for “chocolate month” for the Blogger Recipe Challenge Group!
Miss Sarah instantly store the package from me and started dancing around the house with it — she thinks peanut butter should be a food group of its own – right up there with ketchup.

This recipe is SIMPLE but elegant and leaves you drooling for more! Crepes are an easy thing to make, in advance, and simply fill just before serving. The elegant name draws people’s attention quickly and it really sounds impressive on a menu for guests.
Chocolate Strawberry Crepes
- 1 Cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Dark Chocolate Dream Peanut Butter
- Sliced strawberries
Whisk together the first 4 ingredients.
Pre-heat your pan, pour a small amount of batter into your pan and swirl around quickly.
When the edges start to curl, flip it over to finish.
That recipe should make 12 crepes.
Now, spread some Dark Chocolate Dreams over it, and add some sliced strawberries. Roll it up and dust it lightly with powdered sugar.
Now, rip into it like a monkey on a cupcake!
