Cold days makes for a desire to have hot drinks. As much as I adore places like Starbucks, I dread the price tag for that cup of nirvana. Here is a great treat you can whip up (but it’s not hot – sorry) a froze hot chocolate varieation to save pennies but not the pallet.
Copycat Serendipity Frozen Hot Chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 3 hot cocoa packets
- 3 cups ice
- whipped cream
- chocolate curls (optional)
Place milk, cocoa mix and ice in a blender. Blend until mostly smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
Top with chocolate curls or chocolate chips if you wish and then rip into it like a monkey on a cupcake!
