Easy comfort food. I could sit down and munch on this any cold winter day — but this Crock Pot Hashbrown Bake is also a great dish to make for a potluck!
Crock Pot Hashbrown Bake
1 (32 ounce) bag hash browns
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (12 ounce) bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Combine the first 3 ingredients and cook on high for one hour. Stir in the cheese and cook on low for 1-2 more hours.
Now, rip into it like a monkey on a cupcake…
