This is a double win – a crock pot recipe and a crowd pleaser! This time I made it in a plain ol’ pot instead of the crock pot because it was a last-minute menu switch up.
Crock Pot Taco Soup
- 1 lb Hamburger, browned
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can corn (do not drain)
- 1 can kidney beans (do not drain)
- (3) 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch dressing
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup sour cream
Brown the hamburger and onion together in a skillet.
Place all ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low for 4 – 6 hours. Top with the cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
