Don’t laugh at this — I come from a LARGE church.
I ran into someone at church who I hadn’t seen in a while, and commented on how much weight he had lost. He said it was either make a change or go blind…he had been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes.
He had made a choice to change things and told me about this book/plan he followed: The End of Diabetes: The Eat to Live Plan to Prevent and Reverse Diabetes
Yes, he eats a lot of black beans…and no meat or pasta. He has lost over 50#, dropped his blood pressure to normal and “cured” his Diabetes.
All without medicine.
The End of Diabetes: The Eat to Live Plan to Prevent and Reverse Diabetes – the reviews kind of speak for itself — a lot of fans/success with it.
I just got the kindle version to check out as it runs in my hubby’s family (never too soon to prevent something – right?)
If this applies to you, or someone you know — check it out! It takes on the attitude of “Don’t medicate, eradicate the disease”.
