Do you exclude any coupons? Ex: above $5 off, BOGO offers, coupons for free products? We do exclude coupons that we KNOW are fraudulent. Also, like I mentioned above, we have set a $2.00 on the printable coupons, just to be safe. As far as the “free” coupons, we refer to our list of fraudulent coupons. Coupons from the Sunday newspapers and magazines are almost always “good” and we do accept those without question.
What is your policy on overage (when the value of the coupon exceeds the value of the product)? We do NOT give credit for a coupon for more than the price of the product.
If the coupon exceeds the value of the product, do you adjust the price of the coupon down? Ex: $1 off coupon on a $.97 product. We do adjust the coupon value to match the product price.
So you limit the number of coupons I may use per transaction? There is a limit of 1 coupon per item. If all coupons are “legal” there is not a limit of coupons per transaction.
Does your store ever double or triple coupons? No, we do not currently offer double or triple coupons.
