Kids in the Rotunda
Every Saturday October thru May – Overture Center for the Arts
Overture Center offers free arts programs designed for children and families at 9:30 AM, 11 AM and 1 PM. The popular performing arts series for children and families offers a relaxed, kid-friendly environment in which to enjoy a diverse lineup of local and regional musicians, storytellers, jugglers, theater troupes, magicians and dancers.
The 1 PM performances are sign language interpreted. Kids in the Rotunda takes place on the Rotunda Stage.

Michaels – 10am-1pm, The Knack Crayola Event FREE Make-It Take-It: Create Vivid Art with Crayola Neon Explosion.
Toys R Us – 11am-1pm, Thomas the Train Play Date: Enjoy story time, coloring and FREE giveaways! ***We did this last year – it was cute!
Walgreens – 9am-Noon, 1 Million FREE Gogos will be given out at Walgreens across the US! 5,000 of the Million pieces will be a special never before released, limited edition run of Miro-K.

Waisman Center Children’s Theatre
Sundays per schedule, Fall thru Spring
Shows take place in the Friends of the Waisman Center Auditorium at 1500 Highland Ave, off of University Ave near the UW Hospital. Admission to these short, family-friendly performances are usually just $2 for adults and $1 for children, thanks to sponsorship from American Girl Fund for Children.
Some shows provide Early Bird pre-show activities, and may offer either 1 or 2 show times. Advanced tickets highly recommended!
