disclosure: I have been compensated for this post. All thoughts are entirely my own and I am tickled to offer my readers 3 free meals from Blue Apron during the busy holiday season. Having someone shop and meal plan for you is a huge time saver and stress reliever.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words…what does this picture say to you?
Doesn’t that look absolutely yummy? It totally was and isn’t something I normally would have made. It was officially called Roasted Pork with Beet & Cranberry Agrodolce. Agrodolce means “sweet and sour”. I only know that because the easy-to-follow recipe card clued me iin to that fact. I would have called it roast pork over farro/kale salad with cranberry-beet chutney.
Simple to follow instructions like sear the meat and then roast it. Let it rest before slicing it. That is a beautiful shot of meat right? Every item they included in the box was amazing quality! While the meat was in the oven, I whipped up the items to include in the farrow salad, down to the kale.
Then came the “chutney”
Seriously, it was beyond easy to whip up the entire meal – Blue Apron included every item needed along with the detailed recipe cards that had beautiful photos.
You can see what was in the box from this quick video I took when I opened it up:
See how complete the meal delivery box is?
I can’t recommend this enough — and say “just try it” for one week! See how it works for you – or, what a great gift to give someone! Who do you know that could use a little touch of yummy, easy to make meals that wouldn’t normally treat themselves to it? This would be a perfect gift for that Gourmet in your life! That i s why I also added this to our Holiday Gift Guide – I plan on sharing it with a few family members myself!
