When the ball drops on New Years Eve, 2016 begins and I made a resolution that I’ve made for years. I told myself that this was the year that I get back into my skinny jeans and rock my swimsuit come summer time. 2015 sae me starting a membership at the local YMCA, took exercise classes and swam laps. I was doing well until that little hospital stint at the end of February. After recouping, I started Kick Bosing too!
Well, it’s officially the end of they ear and I’ve done myself proud while sticking to the resolution I made at the beginning of the year; I’m much closer to fitting into my old jeans than I was at the start of the year and my swimsuit isn’t as snug as it was when I put it away last fall. The road to my fitness goals haven’t been easy but they’ve been possible and I’ve come a long way with the help of my GNC Total Health Tracker Body Fat Scale.
I was sent one of the GNC Total Health Tracker Body Fat Scale’s for review.
The GNC Total Health Tracker Body Fat Scale has been a helpful tool in helping me keep track of my weight loss. It’s large, digital screen measures 4.3″ so it’s clear cut, extremely easy on the eyes and there’s no guessing; the numbers are clearly displayed. The GNC Total Health Tracker is also has bluetooth capabilities so you’re able to sync with the Total Health Fitness App so you can stay on track with your weight loss goals more easily. Connectivity — it’s the big “buzz word” this year!
One feature that I like a lot of this product is that it can store the information for up to 10 people. So, hypothetically, if I wanted to track my results while my daughter wanted to track hers it could easily switch between our data and keep track of anyone else who wanted to use it as well. It’s a great feature for a household accountability project or if you want to help aid a loved one with their own weight loss journey.
