Green Pineapple Smoothie Makes two 16-ounce smoothies Ingredients 2 cups fresh pineapple 1 banana 3 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup water or milk (or coconut water/milk) Sweetener of your choice, if desired Instructions 1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy...or use your smoothie setting on your Blendtec. 2. Taste and add sweetener, if desired. 3. Serve immediately or store, covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving and then rip into it like a monkey on a cupcake. Notes: If you like a thicker or colder smoothie, you can add some ice to step one.
