As little girls we loved playing dress up and decorating ourselves with faux jewelry and other pretty baubles. We lived for the days our mothers would let us hunt through their jewelry boxes and make use of the beautiful odds and ends they had stashed away. As we grew older our desire for pretty things only increased and over time we created a jewelry stash that was entirely our own and just as unique as we were. Over the years our collection of beloved jewelry pieces has evolved and grown with us, becoming a source of fascination for our own children.
It’s funny how history seems to repeat itself. We once adored our mothers jewelry, then started our own collection only to share it with our own children once they reach a certain age. My own daughter has been into my jewelry stash for as long as I can remember, playing dress up when she was a toddler and then later borrowing pieces as she got older. Now that she’s old enough to have her own jewelry collection I’ve been buying pieces here and there over the last few years and she’s accumulated a rather hefty amount featuring countless necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets.
When I received the opportunity to partner with Imperial Toy to review their set of Honua bracelets I knew I couldn’t pass up the opportunity, not when my daughter had such a love for fun jewelry already.
Available in a pack of 24 unique, themed bracelets, the Honua set would make an ideal gift for young girls and even pre-teens and upwards. These bracelets are the hottest new trend in jewelry and I’ve seen them advertised all over for the past few months. The bracelets combine the strength and serenity of the four elements: fire, land, sky and water. They symbolize the energy forces that are necessary to sustain the planet.
Each force has 6 different, fun styles to choose from and there are a total of 24 styles to choose from in series one of the set. Included elements include flame, surf, northern lights, embers, lava, ash sparks, lightning and more.
With the holidays fast approaching, readers will be pleased to know that they can purchase a set of Honua bracelets at some of their favorite retailers. Walmart, Target, Toys R Us and even Dollar Tree carry these pretty, trendy bracelets that your daughter, niece, granddaughter or cousin will love.
