I must admit, I cheated and used a box cake mix…you can dress it up a LOT by using an extra egg and melted butter instead of veggie oil.
First things first, even the pan instructions say to ‘grease and flour”. I simply sprayed and dusted with cocoa powder, as I was making a chocolate cake and didn’t want the white gook on the finished product.
When the pieces pop out, it’s easier than any children’s puzzle to assemble!
