Christmas is coming soon and for those of you with school aged little ones, this is a perfect fit. As parents we’re not accustomed to having such a lengthy break from school and having our little ones home all day, every day. So, many parents are wracking their brains trying to figure out ways to keep the kids occupied and out of their hair until January when they go back to school again. Obviously the next few days will be tough because it’s the final countdown until Christmas but I know I’ll be brainstorming up ways to keep the kids busy in the meantime!
If you have a separate play room for your little ones then this is a great way to keep them occupied during the holiday break. Personally, our play room is jam packed with toys, games, etc. that keep the kids busy but I never turn down the opportunity to work with companies to review new things to incorporate into play time. Recently I was able to work with a company to review their Kiddy Up Balls, which are almost exactly identical to the ones found in play area ball pits at popular children’s play places.
Kiddy Up Balls bring a sense of nostalgia into my home. I can recall fond memories of being a kid and loving the ball pits at my play place. Pit balls are an excellent addition to any play room or existing ball pit play set you might already have at home. The colorful balls are soft enough to avoid injury but soft enough to hold up against rough play too. You can play with them just about anywhere and the Kiddy Up Ball set has enough to make up for any that your little ones might have already lost.
The thing I love most about these pit balls, aside from reminding me of my childhood, is that they’re pretty versatile. They’re colorful enough to attract attention but when it comes to using them there’s no limit on where or how many you can have. You can add them to the bath, the pool, an empty sandbox, etc. and your little ones will go nuts having fun with them. I personally prefer the ball pit method because who doesn’t like diving into them just like when they were kids but I’ve seen them used for so many different things!
The blow up play ball cannon, is a perfect way to stomp and launch these fun balls around the room. It does work better if you use an air pump to inflate it instead of just blowing up yourself. Soon, you will be watching balls fly around the room.
