Miss Sarah and I had been housesitting for Mom and Dad since Christmas — in the giant metropolis of Richland Center. (5,000 people) The extent of the stores are Walmart and Dollar Tree, if you are serious about post holiday shopping. No Target, no Walgreen’s and no CVS. (sigh)
Thank goodness for my pals!
The first pic is courtesy of Becky — who found those Good Cook items for me! The cupcake dividers were $0.50 and let you put two kinds of batter neatly into one cupcake. The silicone mold pan makes the most adorable bark! With Miss Sarah having 16 teachers between her TAG program and extra activities, this will help make next holiday’s gift giving a breeze.
Then comes Kelley….
She got me lipgloss, hand sanitizer and even Ocean Spray Cranberry Relish for just $0.50 each!
Add that to the stash of paper, cupcake wrappers and pretzel rod bags that I got and we have a perfect lineup of bargains.
You simply have to love pals who know you well enough to text ya, LOL!
Let’s not forget my Assistant Laura who found the snowflake shortbread pan I wanted, at bargain pricing!
I can hardly wait to put all these great things to use
