I like to start out by looking at our family calendar and seeing what nights are busier than others – and working my menu around that.
We have a kind of different week:
1 private class, help out in school, Dance Class, Girl Scout Bank Tour, Girl Scout meeting, A class for Madison School Community and Recreation and then church. A little of everything…
I am ALSO doing the STOCKPILE CHALLENGE where I have only $25 ($14.90 left) to spend at the stores this month… that means I HAVE to use what we have in the house already.

Tuesday – Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole (trying a new recipe)
Wednesday – Baked Chicken leg quarters, Green Beans, Rice Pilaf
Thursday – Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
