I like to start out by looking at our family calendar and seeing what nights are busier than others – and working my menu around that.

Dance Class, anad a meeting.
I am ALSO doing the STOCKPILE CHALLENGE where I have only $25 ($11.30 left) to spend at the stores this month… that means I HAVE to use what we have in the house already.
