I like to start out by looking at our family calendar and seeing what nights are busier than others – and working my menu around that.
We have a MUCH simpler week than we have had lately:
I have no classes.
I have no Tupperware Parties
We have no Dance, Piano, Daisy Meeting or Birthday Parties.
We do have one holiday and one sleep over.
I have to make 20# of mashed potatoes, about a dozen pies and sweet potato pecan casserole for the big family Thanksgiving feast.
* Means it is something I pulled out of the freezer
Here is our list for the week:
Breakfast will include:
Tuesday – Fridge Clean Out (I need the space for what I have to cook)
What are you going to feed YOUR family this week?
