It’s a strange week — I have a few Coupon Classes and Tupperware parties along with a children’s resale event and helping my Mom with a few things…
Miss Sarah has it easy too: Just piano lessons and Ballet class. We might make a jaunt to the library this week.
We have been gifted with mild summer weather for spring… and the long rage reports indicate a cooler summer so we want to enjoy this while we have it! In the summer, the hubster is usually in charge of one night a week – as King of the Grill! So, you will see him starting to pop up on the menu plan for a while
The warmer weather has me thinking pasta salads and grilling out. I am SOOOO ready for spring!
Again, I use using up things we have – working through some of the stockpile…I am bound and determined to lower that freezer level, regardless of a potential repeat Target deal (It had already happened by this time last year and they haven’t answered my inquiry). When it is lower, I will fill it with casseroles/etc as I make DOUBLE what we eat for a few weeks and have meals “ready to go”.

Here is our list for the week:
Wednesday – Corned Beef Hash (using left over corned beef/cabbage meal)
Thursday – Tuna pasta salad (didn’t make it last week)
Friday – Chicken & Biscuits
Saturday – Backyard picnic if the weather still holds: sandwiches, chex mix, carrot sticks, deviled eggs
Sunday – Somewhere with a gift card from the box!
