It’s a busy week — classes to teach, our Twice a month Tuesday insanity (piano lessons AND scouts after school) a group dinner on Wednesday night, and then – a fairly open weekend.
I didn’t get to the family breakfast egg bake last week, it took longer to thaw that pork sausage than I thought it would!
Again, I use using up things we have – working through some of the stockpile…I am bound and determined to lower that freezer level, regarless of a potential repeat Target deal (It had already happened by this time last year and they haven’t answered my inquirey).
Here is our list for the week:
– Egg Scrambles
– Yogurt parfaits*
– Circus Waffles (I make ONE batch of batter and leave it in the fridge for a few days, until it’s gone)
