I am volunteering in my daughter’s classroom for the pumpkin patch field trip, have a Tupperware meeting, have 2 coupon classes and a fun family night planned on Sunday — two days of no school and I also have a few pumpkins to finish cooking off!
I am looking forward to Double Double Days at Copp’s this coming Saturday, think I have planned out my 6 transactions and will stay under budget yet this month – we will see! I need to clear a little freezer room to make it happen so pulling out and baking the frozen cookie dough, crock pot cooking some chicken, grilling some salmon — all are on the menu this week!
All items with a * are from the freezer.
Breakfast will include:
– Sausage Egg Cups
– Peanut Butter and Nutella Toast
Tuesday – BBQ Chicken* Sandwiches, carrots*, parslied potatoes
Thursday – Chili* with crackers
Friday – Baked Chicken,* mixed veggies*, mashed potatoes with gravy
Saturday – Autumn Chowder*, dinner rolls (I didn’t make it last week)
