This week also brings us a holiday – which might not be a lot to some, but is the same weekend we get a bounce house and have a party for our Tupperware American Dream Team. We take care of drinks and grilled yummies, they bring a dish to pass. Add gifties for the kiddos, a few games and it’s fun for everyone.
Any time you see ** it means it was something pulled out of the freezer.
Here is the list:
Breakfast will include:
-Yogurt (I still have 4 packs left)
-Grapefruit halves (I got a few from my Mom)
-hard boiled eggs (yes, I am slowly thawing them out)
-boxed cereal (might as well, we have 22 boxes in stock!)
Lunches as normal (sandwiches, soup, left overs, tappas plates) and for dinner…
Monday : Chicken a la king **over biscuits
Tuesday – Beef Enchiladas (from my recipe page – using leftover Beef Tostada meat** – again, from the recipe page)
Wednesday – (Breakfast night): scrambled eggs and multi grain toast with home made rhubarb jam
Thursday – Spaghetti (sitter)
Friday – Fish Fry out? If not, baked fish with wild rice, glazed carrots
Saturday – Broccoli Cheese Baked Potatoes
Sunday – Team Picnic! A ton of fun food…and great people.
