Breakfast will include:
-toaster waffles (we are down to one box!)
-Yogurt (I still have 8 packs left…but have her thinking they are “pudding”, LOL)
-hard boiled eggs (yes, I am slowly thawing them out)
-boxed cereal (might as well, we have 27 boxes in stock!)
Lunches as normal (sandwiches, soup, left overs, tappas plates) and for dinner…
Monday – Meeting Night – grilled cheese sandwiches, veggies and dip
Tuesday – Fridge Clean Out!
Wednesday – (Breakfast night): Breakfast Egg Bake (from my recipe page)
Thursday – Italian night: Polenta Lasagna Bake (recipe coming)
Friday – Fish sticks**, mashed potatoes and green salad
Saturday – Beef Enchiladas (from my recipe page – using leftover Beef Tostada meat – again, from the recipe page)
Sunday – Beer Can Chicken, rice, veggies and S’mores – using Bunny shaped marshmallows!
