Here is the list:
Breakfast will include:
-toaster waffles (we are down to one box!)
-Yogurt (I still have 9 packs left…but have her thinking they are “pudding”, LOL)
-hard boiled eggs (yes, I am slowly thawing them out)
-boxed cereal (might as well, we have 27 boxes in stock!)
Lunches as normal (sandwiches, soup, left overs, tappas plates) and for dinner…
Monday – Grilled Salmon, green beans and pan fries
Tuesday – Fridge Clean Out!
Wednesday – (Breakfast night): Quiche: bacon**, onion, mushroom, spinach
Thursday – Italian night: Lasagna with garlic bread sticks and salad
Friday – Eating out! DH is off work and we have FISH FRY!
Saturday – Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies
Sunday – Easter! I am making a ham dinner, scalloped potatoes, asparagus with hollandaise, Orange Jell-O fluff and hot crossed buns.
***I also plan to bake muffins and make crepe shells this week.
