Lunches as normal (sandwiches, soup, left overs, tappas plates) and for dinner…
Monday – Beef Enchiladas with corn
Tuesday – Red Beans and Rice with smoked sausage
Wednesday – soup and sandwiches (I am cooking this day)
Thursday – Huge turkey dinner!
Friday – Fridge Clean Out!
Saturday – crock pot baked potato soup** I will share the recipe this week!
Sunday – homemade pizza
