1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
In a separate bowl, cream together:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup soft butter
….add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 TBSP milk.
Then add flour mixture.
Shape into 40 balls and place each one in an UNGREASED muffin tin.
Bake at 375* for about 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball.
Cool before removing from pan.
Note: I used my cookie scoop and put 3/4 a scoop in each muffin tin cup. It saved a LOT of time but only made 37.
