Pig Bread Recipe
- French Baquette
- Olive Oil
- 3 oz Colby Caliente Cheese, grated
- 2 oz Smoked Gouda, crumbled
- 5 slices thick bacon, cooked and crumbled
Slice the French Loaf into bruchetta style slices. Brush with olive oil on one side. Top with a little of each cheese and some bacon and place on your hot pizza stone in a 400 degree oven. 5 minutes or less, that is all it takes!
Add a small salad and you have a great treat (and hopefully something to balance the cholesterol)
