I was TICKLED when I was asked to participate in this Pure Pantry review — I’m always on the lookout for great treats for Miss Sarah that are healthy and yummy! My big sissy is also Gluten Free so learning more about this world makes for a better insight as to what I might be in store for when I get to her age. (she’s 10 years older than me)
Let’s start with the great kit they sent me!
4 mixes and the amazing Fresh From Elizabeth’s Kitchen cookbook!
Just look at some of the amazing pictures:
How clear the ingredient list and instructions are:
At 174 pages of Gluten Free fun, it is one of the nicest cookbooks I have been able to add to my collection!
Now, let’s talk about the Pure Pantry mixes…
100% natural gluten free ingredients and they are dairy – nut – soy and egg free too! (You can use egg replacement in the finished products)
The packaging of each mix gives you several different recipes to try, like the oatmeal spice cookies has an option of the cookies, cranberry-oat-almond breakfast bars or even Isabel’s chunky chocolate oatmeal caramel bars. (are you drooling yet?)
I would LOVE to show you the Oatmeal Toffee White Chocolate Cookies I made, but I mistakenly waited to take pictures when they were cool, so I ran errands. All 30 were GONE thanks to my 2 cookie monsters!
I never got to try one myself but was given two sets of thumbs up (sigh).
OK, now for the chance to get these things in YOUR hands:
