It’s dessert month with my Blogger Recipe Challenge Group — that means a lot of FUN and yummy treats at our house over the next 30 days.
This is a simple one to make – and pretty darned healthy too!
Raspberry Chocolate Delights
- 1 Package pre-baked mini filly shells
- 1 Container non-fat raspberry Greek yogurt
- 15 Fresh Berries
- Dark Chocolate
Chop your chocolate and melt in in the microwave on High for 20 seconds at a time, stopping to stir it. Once it is smooth, pop into a zippy bag, snip a corner and fill your fillo cups half way.
Take your Greek yogurt and start filling the fillo cups.
Top the yogurt with a freshly washed berry. You can now serve it as is for a faily healthy treat, or dust with powdered sugar or even drizzle with melted chocolate.
