Over, and over, and over, LOL!
It’s getting busier and busier (as it should)
and occasionally, when that happens,
a few things have to change.
like they no longer make their own pizza sausage, but use it from Fraboni’s.
Both are yummy… but different.
Miss Sarah’s favorite thing was the Rosemary Infused Oil and fresh bread to dip it in.
She no longer cares for it, for one simple reason: they no longer make their bread but use Madison Sourdough instead. The new bread has a harder crust, less “fluffy” stuff in the middle and is harder for her to chew.
We now are making this at home — starting with a fresh loaf of French Bread from our local Copps ($1.79) that makes five batches for us.
I have a bajillion spices and started with the simple dried rosemary and garlic powder. I added a little water to help “un-dry” them a bit, then added 1/4 cup of grapeseed oil (Wildtree) as I was out of Extra Virgin Olive oil. Then, I popped it into the microwave for 15-10 seconds. Add some salt, fresh ground pepper and Parmesan cheese…
(I think the oil normally runs $13 but would use EVEO if I had it)…
so I only had to get the bread ($1.79)
