On my journey for better health, I was interested in protein shakes.
Did you know there are about a billion protein shake recipes out on the web?
I was shocked to see so many that used diet soda! That seems like the opposite of trying to create a health drink, doesn’t it?
I had tried the pre-made shakes and didn’t really care for them. The flavor was off, and the selection seemed small. As I know that I couldn’t enjoy the exact same protein shake day after day and wanted some variety. This collection has over 100 different ideas to keep your diet on track and yet, help alleviate boredom.
That is why I whipped up this book called Shake It Up. I wanted to have a great selection of flavorful protein shakes for people to try AND it is great for any Bariatric surgery patients.
Since it is brand new – there aren’t any reviews yet to share with you but the people in my surgery class seemed to be enjoying it.
