disclaimer: we were given a Shit Happens game in exchange for our honest review. This is NOT a game for the kiddos — it’s basically the new “cards against humanity” game and I suggest you quit reading now if you might possibly be offended. We found it freaking hilarious and a great party game.
If you’re looking for a fun party game that will have you and your friends rolling with laughter, then you need to get the Shit Happens Card Game! As you can tell from the name, it’s not necessarily appropriate for younger players, but is a blast to be played among mature friends and family!
Shit happens. It happens to all of us! The way the game works, is that you have to rank things from first to third on a level of shittiness. It’s interesting to see how your friends’ answers will vary from yours! As in, is it better to see your dad naked, or to get a third degree burn, or to drop your phone in the toilet? Everyone will have a different answer, and then everyone has a chance to explain why! That’s where the fun comes in. Everyone gets to tell these amazing stories about the one time they dropped their phone in the toilet, and why it was terrible. Your sides will ache with laughter by the time you’re finished playing!
When it’s all said and done, check the index of misery to see who came the closest to guessing the “correct” order. The person who guesses ten cards correctly before anyone else wins the game. But there really are no losers in this game, because the point of a game is to have fun, and everyone wins in that department! We think it is the next “Cards Against Humanity” and a total hoot!
