Greek Green Beans? I know, it sounds different…. and it is! Blending the traditional Greek flavors along with fresh green beans makes for an incredibly tasty treat that you can whip up in a flash with your Instant Pot!

Our Greek Green Beans Recipe

You will need:
1 pd. fresh green beans, trimmed + halved
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
meal plan month one
1/4-1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced baby tomato
3-4 TBSP crumbled feta
Fresh chopped parsley, garnish
 
Directions:
Pour about 1/4 cup water into the pressure cooker pot.
Add the green beans, garlic, red bell pepper and onions.
 
 
Stir to combine.
Secure and seal the lid.
Cook at high pressure for 4 minutes.
As soon as it’s done, manually release pressure by carefully turning the release knob to its venting position.
Uncover and stir.
Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Add your crumbled feta cheese, and sliced baby tomatoes.
Garnish with parsley

Cook Time 4 minutes
Total Time 19 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed + halved
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced baby tomato
  • 3 - 4 tbsp crumbled feta
  • Fresh chopped parsley, garnish

Instructions
