My childhood memories included the day Mom would make fudge and Divinity. Ahhhhhhhh I can still smell that sweet air of vanilla!
Fudge is SUPER easy to make – no candy thermometer needed, etc…just a few simple ingredients.
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 can ready to spread fudge frosting.
Combine the two items and zap in a microwave safe dish for about 90 seconds. Stir and pour into a greased container to set up.
You CAN add 1 cup of chopped walnuts or even 1 cup puffed rice cereal for the crunch factor — I suggest the cereal if it’s going to be a gift as you might not be aware of a nut allergy for the recipient.
Don’t forget the super easy Peanut Butter Fudge! My recipe is HERE
