There are a lot of part time employees, or seasonal help, that don’t really understand their own store’s coupon policies and give you mis-information.
If you have a copy of it with you — you can pull it out, show it to them and kindly (we are ALWAYS beyond polite to them) ask them if their store policy has changed because it states HERE (show printed policy) that their policy states…….”___”.
