I skipped the 5K (more like we overslept) and did 45 minutes of yoga in Millennium Park. My new pedometer said I did over 10,000 steps a day. I know it was weigh lifting too, with the bags of swag…
I only ate something like this:
At the Lean Cuisine lunch… and that was a black bean chocolate cake (gluten free) .
Here is the problem (sigh):
I instantly headed to supper club land with the family for vacation.
Think appetizers brought to your table to kick off your 2-3 hour meal. Cocktail, then wine, then dessert drinks. ( brandy old fashioned sweet, Muscato, grasshopper – in my case). Crocks of french onion soup, down to the broiled cheesey crown. Amazon sized steaks, seared to perfection and served with a picture perfect baked potato….
I don’t want to know what I gained…
Thank goodness that my next week consists of vacation bible camp!!!
I see nature hikes and veggies in my future.
