OK, I admit it, I usually hate “smelly stuff”. The main reason stems from my thirty-year-old migraine problem where strong scents can instant trigger me into misery. Two to three days of recovery isn’t usually worth a scented candle or potpourri. I will confess that I tried a few different brands of essential oils, but never had any luck.
That is why I was unnecessarily leary about trying this Swiss Style aroma diffuser from Stadler Form. I am totally blown away! The Jasmine is an ultrasonic aroma diffuser, which means it uses just a little water and a few drops of essential oil. They were kind enough to send me RELAX which is a combination of Orange, Lavender, Cedarwood, Pine Needle, Majoram, and Patchouli oils.
I used the interval setting and the next thing I knew, my shoulders were less tight and I was a little calmer.
I love the sleek look of the Jasmine and am blown away at how long it runs before I have to add more water and oil and if I don’t catch it in time – it automatically shuts off! That makes it hard to run dry or even burn out. Simply one less thing for me to add to my Google calendar as I am running around shuttling Miss Sarah everywhere. (If only they had one that would work in my car!)
I run it on the interval mode which means it is on for 10 minutes and then off for 20 minutes. That keeps it from overwhelming me with a powerful scent while yet still offering the value of the oils.
Know a busy person who could use a very low maintenance way to use essential oils (please don’t use synthetic oils) to relax, energize, or motivate them? Check out the five different fun colors that they offer on their website HERE.
