I have BLOWN though books so far this year…
I started with the Hunger Games trilogy: Hunger Games, Catching Fire and the MockingJay by Suzanne Collins.
(I was late to see Hunger Games and wanted to read ahead before the next movie came out)
Then I went to the Z.L.Arkadie series: Parched, Quenched, Light Speed, The Fifth Sister, Ignite, The Seventh Sister – kind of a Vampire/Romance series.
Next came Caroline Hanson: Love is Fear, Love is Mortal, Love is Darkness – and yes, more Vampires.
Deadly Offerings (first of a trilogy)
Dancing with a Duke (part of a series)
Bah Humbug – holiday romance
The Inconvenient Duchess – historical romance
Lights Out — prepper’s lore
The One You Love
The Mating (Law of the Lycans) – interesting, pre-arranged marriages between werewolf tribes.
Bewitching the Werewolf – short and kind of like soft porn… not what I was thinking!
The Complete Sherlock Holmes – A classic!
Hostile Witness – good detective/law mystery, I have the next one “on my list”
Then I started the needlework mystery series of Monica Ferris: Crewel World, Framed in Lace and a Stitch In Time…. but reserved the next two at the Library. A FUN read with neat characters. My favorite so far!
Most of these were easy, fast reads that were simple to take on the kindle and have when waiting for Miss Sarah at Dance or Gymnastics, etc.
What are you reading right now?
I am looking to add some new ideas to my list!
