Blueberry season is just around the corner! That makes it the perfect time to whip up a bunch of this Pineapple Pomegranate Blueberry Moonshine so you have it ready for all those great entertaining opportunities over the summer.

Pineapple Pomegranate Blueberry Moonshine

The combined flavors of the sweet blueberry, tangy pineapple and tart pomegranate make an incredible blend of layers for this summer moonshine. It does take almost a month to infuse so plan NOW to have this treat when you really want it.

While pomegranates have been eaten throughout history for their health benefits, I highly doubt that the antioxidant properties or high vitamin C content will do much for you when blended with Everclear. This won’t really do much for a healthy diet, but will help you relax and unwind after a long or frustrating day.
